He’s back for 2017! The multi-talented Mr Phil. Phil Blackmore shot to fame in 2008, when his chainsaw juggling took him to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent. Phil has since relocated from London to South Devon and has quickly established himself as one of the region’s top entertainers.
