Please note that this privacy policy only applies to our own website. Wherever we link to other sites not covered by this privacy policy, we will title links appropriately to ensure users are aware that they are being forwarded to a third-party site.

We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and we maintain strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it.

• Signing up to our newsletter (MailRoom): we store your email address and preferences in Campaign Monitor (www.campaignmonitor.com/policies/#privacy-policy), which supplies the services used by MailRoom. We only access this data for the provision of sending out emails and viewing associated statistics, and we do not transfer or store it outside of Campaign Monitor.
• Filling in our contact forms: all the personal data you enter into the contact forms on our site is transmitted securely to us via email. This data is used solely to process your request or provide you with our services. We store your data until we have an outcome from your enquiry, when it is deleted.
• Sending us a direct email enquiry: any personal data you send us by direct email will be stored in our secure email system, and it will only be used to process your enquiry or request.
• Commenting on our blog: any personal data, such as names and email addresses, which you supply when commenting on a blog post or news article is held in our website database for the duration of the site’s life.
• Purchasing online tickets: we collect personal details such as names, an email address, telephone number and postal address during the e-commerce checkout process. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with your e-tickets. We use this information for the following purposes:
1. To validate your payment details (via our secure payment partners, Sage Pay).
2. To send you your e-tickets and a ‘thank you for visiting’ message via email.
3. To personalise your tickets.
4. To contact you or identify you in case of any issues or errors with your purchase.
This data is transferred and stored securely in our booking system until archived. It is shared solely with our secure payment partners (Sage Pay) to enable them to validate your payment details (see below).
• Submitting payment details: credit or debit card information you supply during the checkout process is handled and stored outside the Pennywell website by our secure payment providers, Sage Pay. Pennywell do not store, transmit or handle this information at any point. This information is covered by the Sage Pay privacy policy (www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy).
• Via Google Analytics: this system uses cookies to collect anonymous IP data for monitoring visitor behaviour patterns on our site.
• Via website security software: this software keeps our website safe from hacking attempts by processing anonymous IP data.

We only use essential cookies and anonymous web analytics cookies, provided by Google, Inc, in order to evaluate how visitors, use our site to help us provide you with a better online experience. We all loved it! The staff are incredible, so informative and friendly! Lots to do and a brilliant schedule throughout the day. Holding the baby pigs, goats, guinea pigs and mice was amazing, the children loved it. Lots of fab play areas and rides. Thank you for a brilliant time!

Lovely day out, went as a date and there was a surprising amount to see and experience for two grown adults! Just make sure you both enjoy the presence of animals!
A lovely family day out. My granddaughter really enjoyed seeing all the animals. So much to see and do! We enjoyed feeding the goats and all the animals seemed happy in their surroundings. The deer were beautiful too.
Very friendly staff, easy to book, brilliant place to visit. Have enjoyed several visits and plan more this year. Highly recommend.

A brilliant day out for all the family, from 18 month olds to 85 years old the whole family will enjoy, a jam packed full day of talks, shows and activities as well as petting area and goat bottle feeding to name a few full list in pictures below. Brilliant family run business that seems to be constantly reinvesting in its growth. Great indoor picnic area with big bouncy castles to keep the kids busy while you eat in peace.
Had such a brilliant day at Penny well farm, so much to do for all ages, the pig racing was brilliant and seeing how much fun the pigs had was fab. Seeing all the animals and the views were awesome, thank you for such an amazing day out

Great place to make a family trip to. All kind of entertaining activities, from Piggy races, to Small animal cuddles, to animal feeding, indoor jumping castles, toddler areas, trampolines, shows, and etc. Always a pleasure, whenever I have visited so far. Keep up the good work Pennywell.

Brilliant farm. It was recommended to us by a few friends and it did not disappoint. All of the staff were really friendly and you can tell that all of the animals are loved and well cared for. Lots of activities on all day. Good facilities. Can’t wait to go back.
