Our newest outlet Treetops Takeaway is situated right next to our brand-new Treetops Adventure Towers play area. With plenty of picnic benches with THE BEST view on the farm, this is a great place to grab lunch, including our delicious Authentic German Hot Dogs, BRAND-NEW to 2024, or enjoy a refreshing drink while the kids blow off some steam.

The Coffee Shack is the perfect outlet for providing refreshments on the go at the far end of the farm. Grab a take-away hot or cold drink between activities or perhaps something more substantial to take to the nearby picnic area. We are not exaggerating when we say the benches at this end of the farm offer the best views in Devon - a wonderful area to enjoy a hot or cold lunch or a sweet pick-me-up from the Coffee Shack take away!

Yes. We have several food outlets across the farm offering everything from hot meals and sandwiches to cakes, snacks, ice cream and barista coffee.
You’ll find a great mix of local favourites like Devonshire pasties, sausage rolls, wraps, salads, hot dogs and stonebaked pizzas. We also offer some vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Please be aware that some items are only available seasonally, and pizzas and hot dogs are only available during weekends and school holidays.
Yes. Each food outlet has picnic benches nearby, many with beautiful views across the farm and Dartmoor. There are a limited number of tables inside the Coffee Cabin.
Absolutely. We offer kids’ rolls, snack boxes, yoghurts, fruit and full children’s picnic boxes. We also have baby meal pots and toddler-friendly snacks available.
We have The Coffee Cabin (open daily), Noah’s Barn, Treetops Takeaway, The Coffee Shack and a seasonal Ice Cream Parlour. Availability varies, especially during quieter periods, so check when you arrive.
Yes. We serve barista-style hot drinks including flat whites, cappuccinos, mochas and hot chocolate. There are also iced coffees and a wide range of teas and cold drinks.
While we offer gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options, food is prepared and served in areas where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee allergen-free food, but staff are happy to help with queries.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own picnic. We have lots of outdoor picnic areas with scenic views, picnic benches within Noah's Barn, and some under shelter too.
Yes, we have a seasonal Ice Cream Parlour serving Marshfield Farm ice cream, sorbet, and dairy-free options. You might also spot our mobile ice cream cart on warmer days.

We all loved it! The staff are incredible, so informative and friendly! Lots to do and a brilliant schedule throughout the day. Holding the baby pigs, goats, guinea pigs and mice was amazing, the children loved it. Lots of fab play areas and rides. Thank you for a brilliant time!

A lovely family day out. My granddaughter really enjoyed seeing all the animals. So much to see and do! We enjoyed feeding the goats and all the animals seemed happy in their surroundings. The deer were beautiful too.

A brilliant day out for all the family, from 18 month olds to 85 years old the whole family will enjoy, a jam packed full day of talks, shows and activities as well as petting area and goat bottle feeding to name a few full list in pictures below. Brilliant family run business that seems to be constantly reinvesting in its growth. Great indoor picnic area with big bouncy castles to keep the kids busy while you eat in peace.

Had such a brilliant day at Penny well farm, so much to do for all ages, the pig racing was brilliant and seeing how much fun the pigs had was fab. Seeing all the animals and the views were awesome, thank you for such an amazing day out

Great place to make a family trip to. All kind of entertaining activities, from Piggy races, to Small animal cuddles, to animal feeding, indoor jumping castles, toddler areas, trampolines, shows, and etc. Always a pleasure, whenever I have visited so far. Keep up the good work Pennywell.

What a brilliant day we had. Great family memories were made. Beautiful animals and friendly staff. Loved the viewing tower and the kids adored the cuddles with the pigs, bunnies, mice and guinea pigs. We will be back again for definite. Thank you for making the whole family smile.

Brilliant farm. It was recommended to us by a few friends and it did not disappoint. All of the staff were really friendly and you can tell that all of the animals are loved and well cared for. Lots of activities on all day. Good facilities. Can’t wait to go back.

We visited Pennywell last night for their pumpkin night. It was perfect in every way. Great pizzas and drinks on offer, so many perfect photo opportunities, our kids had fun in the new play area and especially enjoyed roasting marshmallows.
