Open 7 days a week!
We’re open every day!
Come and visit the friendliest animals in Devon. This season there are even more animals to meet than ever before with our new and improved Miniature Pony Centre.
We’re expanding the number of equines on the farm this year so you can get really hands on with not just our miniature ponies but miniature donkeys, heavy horses and our latest addition, Connery who has retired to Pennywell after a career in the Household Cavalry.
We want visitors and locals to know that you can still have a close up and personal experience with miniature ponies in Devon.
Come and cuddle our family of sociable miniature donkeys in their picturesque paddock with stunning Dartmoor views. Mum, dad and two foals are always keen to make new friends. They were collected from France at the end of the summer and have settled in remarkably well with their English improving on a daily basis.
You’ll love our early spring babies with lambs, goat kids and piglets as well as giving our familiar friendly animals their first visitor cuddles of the season.
Bottle feed the lambs and goat kids, race the ferrets, cuddle the piglets, walk a goat – there’s a new activity every half hour to keep you entertained.
Noah’s barn has acres of space to picnic and play and there’s plenty undercover just in case we experience the odd February shower.

I remember my six year old and me sitting in the cafe as it rained at pennywell farm we saw nothing. It was a bit sad.
The good news is that with our FREE wet weather return ticket, you can come back again and do the bits the missed.
