Planning a family day out at Pennywell?

Why not arrive before the farm opens for the day and enjoy breakfast with Pippa, the Pennywell pig.

Pippa will ready to greet you from 8.45am. You will then be taken to the Café for a buffet breakfast where Pippa will join you. There will be plenty of opportunities for pictures with our pretty pig when breakfast is finished.

You will then be taken over to the farmyard for your own piggy cuddles with the Pennywell Miniature piglets.

You will then be set for a full day of Pennywell fun when the visitors start arriving at 10am.

There’s a different hands on activity, show or display every half hour, all day every day and we have a huge variety of friendly farm animals, from the mighty to the miniature, for you to get acquainted with.

Miniature ponies, heavy horses, goats, highland cattle, alpacas, deer, ferrets, poultry hedgehogs, tortoises and a whole host of Pennywell pets are waiting to meet you.

At 2.30pm you can enjoy the phenomenon that is miniature pig racing and enjoy cheering on your favourite pint-sized porker.

This special experience is only on Tuesdays in August, so book early to avoid disappointment.
