To keep things safe and snug for all involved, you'll need a pet cuddle blanket, priced at £3.50 in the gift shop and yours to keep as a memento. Cuddles are unlimited too, so wander back as many times as you fancy. Guests of every age fall head over heels for it.

Most of the main barn areas and activity zones are step-free, so wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and pushchairs can get around comfortably. Paths down to the lower paddocks are compacted gravel, which most wheelchairs manage well, though an extra pair of hands can help on steeper sections.
