Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

-A valid Season Ticket must be shown on admission to gain entry to the farm, no Ticket no admission. 

-Your named Season Ticket is only valid for the named person and is not transferable. 

-The Guest Ticket is for one Guest accompanied by a named Season Ticket Holder. 

-All Group Saver Season Tickets come with 4x Named tickets and 1x Guest ticket. The named tickets can be used for either 2 adults (16+) and 2 children (over 90cm), or 1 adult (16+) and 3 children (over 90cm). 

-All Season Tickets will have a photo of the user stored on our system. If the user does not match the photo then we reserve the right to refuse entry. 

-You will need to bring ID with proof of name and address to use your card when you visit. 

-All Season Ticket holders must book online and in advance. You will not be admitted if you have not booked your space online. 

-Season Tickets offer admission at a hugely discounted price and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

-Lost, stolen, or forgotten Season Tickets can be replaced for a cost of £10.

-Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. 

-If you can no longer make a booking, you must notify us by emailing info@pennywellfarm.co.uk. Please note that there may be a charge for bookings that you do not attend if you have not notified us.

Platinum Group Saver Season Tickets T&C's

-Unlimited access to the farm during normal opening times from 14th February until 1st November 2026.

-50% discount on all food, drink, and gift shop purchases when you top up and use your prepaid platinum Season Ticket Card. You must top-up your card to claim this discount.

-Top-ups can be made, and your pre-paid balance can be used at any till on-site, which are based in the Pennywell Gift Shop, or any of the main food outlets (Coffee Cabin, Noah's Barn Takeaway, Coffee Shack, Treetops Takeaway, and the Ice Cream Parlour). Any seasonal pop-up outlets such as our Horsebox Bar, Hot Choc Box, Shake Shack, and more do not have a full till set-up and therefore cannot accept pre-paid cards. Therefore the discount cannot be honoured for items from these outlets. Discount also not valid for use with any external vendors that we may have on-site for seasonal events. 

-Your card balance must cover the whole cost of your purchase - you may only pay the remaining cost with your debit/credit card if this cost is below £5. Your prepaid balance is non-refundable. Once your Season Ticket has expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled, and the gift card will be void. 

-Discount not valid on any ticket or animal purchases. 

Gold Group Saver Season Tickets T&C's

-Unlimited access to the farm during normal opening times from 14th February until 1st November 2026.

-10% discount on all food, drink, and gift shop purchases when you top up and use your prepaid platinum Season Ticket Card. You must top-up your card to claim this discount.

Silver Group Saver Season Tickets T&C's

-Unlimited access to the farm during normal opening times that are outside of the Devon School Holidays.

Summer Holidays - Saturday 25th July - Wednesday 2nd September (inclusive)
October Half Term - Saturday 24th October - Sunday 1st November (inclusive) - Your silver season tickets expire on Friday 23rd October 2026 at 4pm.
